At The Beach Samui, we invite you to explore the unique flavors of Thai cuisine at the hands of Chef Nui, in our relaxed restaurant, lobby, the comfort of your suite or on the beach. Chef Nui’s home-cooked food at The Beach Samui emphasises fresh, nutrient-rich ingredients that nurtures both body and soul. We also encourage guests to experience the flavours and techniques of Thai and cannabis-infused cooking in your suite kitchenette and thoroughly recommend the private chef experience or cooking class.
BREAKFAST
A good breakfast whilst enjoying our view is one of the best ways to start your day, equally, breakfast in bed is a treat that should be reserved for your holiday with us. Our balanced breakfast menu is served from 07:00 - 11:00 daily and features both International and local dishes, all cooked with conscious.
ALL DAY DINING
Dining at The Beach Samui is delivered with both a conscious Thai home cooking focus and a homage to the Blue Zone countries of the world where people live longer healthier lives. You will find some of our favourite dishes from across the Kingdom and beyond, nourishing food, consciously cooked with a lower sugar content, wholegrains and the freshest ingredients. Served either in suite, poolside, in our restaurant, a floating tray, or a lantern-lit picnic on the beach, always looking over the endless collection of humpbacked islands of Koh Taen & Koh Matsum that rise across the water. Our All Day Menu is served from 12:00 until 21:00, daily.
PRIVATE COOKING CLASS WITH OR WITHOUT CANNABIS INFUSION
Guests are encouraged to enjoy an entirely different holiday dining experience by booking our wonderful Chef Nui to share some of her longstanding family recipes, creating a perfect three-course Thai meal. Meals will be planned from one of our menus, with or without Cannabis infusions as each guest wishes, and to each prescription. Chef Nui will show you how to create a most memorable meal and you will return home with new skills and a souvenir Beach Samui workwear apron.

FLOATING TRAY EXPERIENCE
We will serve your breakfast or lunch as you enjoy a cooling, carefree float in our infinity pool. Our floating food service is as popular for the sheer indulgence as it is a picture-perfect photo opportunity. Choose from a healthy spread of local fruits or pastries to a more decadent lunch. Floating Tray Brunch is available from 08:00 to 14:00 Hrs.
